  The track is beautiful and this time of year still has pleasant weather for an early morning run. The valley and river are gorgeous and make running a delight. The staff and volunteers everywhere are very organized, friendly, and efficient--a big thanks to everyone who makes this event so enjoyable. I especially love the fresh oranges and frozen orange juice after the competition is over. I had run an ultramarathon the day before but I still signed up for this competition because it is so much fun and the food afterwards is excellent! I will return every year :)
