Boooom! Bagged a grand total of 8k this week, so 100k should be no problem next Saturday.. 🤦♂️ ☠️ I mayyyyy be going too far in letting my garmin health stats dictate my life choices here.. but HRV has been continually going down since Monday, and I took it as a sign to just rest. Today it’s up a little bit, so we’ll see how it looks tomorrow and go from there. Either way I’m going to try my best to crush 100k next Saturday, but this week has looked a bit different than planned. Thinking a 10k on Tuesday and a 5k on Wednesday to keep the rust off, and then we’re goin for it on Saturday. Let’sssss go
